Synapse not recognizing Razer devices

I have a DeathAdder Elite, Firefly V2 mousemat, and Huntsman Elite keyboard. Synapse will not recognize any of the devices, despite trying all the solutions listed online. I know the mouse must be on Synapse 2, while the other 2 must be on Synapse 3. Both are installed and up to date, as are the device firmwares. However, still no detection. Windows detects all three devices, but lists them as having a "driver error" in my device settings. They all function, but I have no control over their settings, such as the DPI settings for my mouse. Any help at al would be appreciated. I spent far too much money on these to have them work no more than a $20 Target keyboard.

Are you using a USB hub for your peripherals? PM me the version of the Synapse app so I can raise your concern with the software team for advanced resolution. Thanks! *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
