Razer Kraken BT Kitty Edition - sound stops working after opening game

Hi, I have Razer Kraken BT Kitty Edition and it is connected to Razer Synapse. After opening e.g CS:GO, sound completely cuts off. I played some music in background to check if its not just the game sound, but entire sound from computer cuts off. Also only once i heard sound from the game and there is no way to turn it on.

Thanks for the mention, Czario! Doos the headset issue also happen while pairing it with another computer or smartphone? Ensure that your headset is not paired to another device as well.

I found the solution. For someone who have this problem too: 1. Go to Printers and Devices 2. Right-click on your headphones 3. Properties 4. Turn off hands-free option That's it

I see. And yes, the Windows hands-free feature splits the sound for a phone call and regular audio playback. However, it has lower bandwidth and makes poor audio quality.
