Razer Synapse cannot detect my Tomahawk ATX Chassis

I connect my tomahawak to the 9-pin usb 2.0 header on motherboard (ROG maximus Z790 hero) already, but razer synapse seems not able to detect it. The light strip under the chassis can light up normally though. I've re-installed synapse few times but it didn't help. Anyone knows how to resolve it?
