Naga V2 Pro Scrollwheel issues.

Hi, I'm having an issue with my naga v2 pro scrollwheel. For the life of me I can't get the thing to work, it worked when I first plugged the device in, but after setting up synapse and installing the firmware updates for the mouse it stopped working, I then spent multiple hours trying to get the mouse to work to no avail. The following morning I plugged the mouse in on a whim and found the scroll wheel was not working, changed a single setting and found it to work again! I was most pleased for the couple hours I got to use it and the settings, but alas, when I returned home from work that day and booted up my pc, the scrollwheel stopped working once more. I've spent some time since trying multiple orders of uninstalling/reinstalling synapse, removing the device via windows and re-plugging it, all without success I'm afraid. Has anyone else experienced the same issue? Are there any solutions available?

Please try connecting the mouse to another USB port or computer (with or without Razer Synapse) and see if the issue persists. Connect the mouse directly to your computer's USB port, not to a hub. Also, check if your Windows OS, Razer Synapse, and .NET Framework have the latest updates. Let me know how it went.

Hi, im having the same problem! the mouse is brand new and EVERYTHING is updated.
the NAGA V2 PRO scroll wheel seems to stop working randomly and often. Everything else functions normally, sometimes turning the mouse off and on gives me another 5-15 minutes of scrolling. Sometimes not.. sometimes switching between bluetooth-cable-2.4 is giving me another 5-15 minutes of scrolling.
When it stop scrolling, the scroller tension also becomes smooth.
Maybe more necessary info:

it’s seems to be more often when gaming.
it’s happening no matter how it’s connected, bluetooth-2.4 dongle-cable

its happening with every computer I own, even when it isn’t connected to anything! I can tell that by the scroller wheel tension getting loose. and yes, the dedicated changing stages bottom isn’t helping.
something just when the scroll wheel is about to decide if it wants to work after it wasn’t or retire after it worked, i can feel the scroller tension being weird-lagged and weak.
please help, I don’t really want to get another brand mouse with 12-6-2 sides keys..
