Crackling Audio with the Nari Ultimate Resolved?

Overall, I've been satisfied with this model of headset. However, I've been getting crackling audio when playing games and streaming videos. This has been an an ongoing issue for at least a year or so, even after I purchased a new headset. I uninstalled all Razer software, reinstalled Synapse, and created a new profile. After all that, I still had the crackling audio. I've been playing a lot of Skyrim Anniversary edition lately. My issue happens throughout the game, but it is really noticeable on the main menu when the game's theme plays. Below is what I did to resolve the issue. I hope it helps others. The Nari Ultimate is a really good headset - I've owned several over the last four or five years. I do recommend it. Glad my issue is software related and I found the optimal Synapse settings to have a great audio experience. In the Synapse app, go to the Audio tab and then the Mixer sub-tab. Have the THX Spatial Audio toggled on with all desired apps set to Surround Sound. On the Enhancement sub-tab, I use the following settings: Bass Boost enabled, set to 15. Voice Clarity enabled, set at 100. Sound Normalization enabled, set to 30. Haptic Intensity enabled, set to 20. My EQ Audio Equalizer is set to Game. I used to have Sound Normalization set to 100 and heard the crackling audio often. Lowering it seemed to resolve the issue. I just finished playing Skyrim for an hour and did not notice the problem anymore. I generally keep bass and haptic low anyways, so I'm pretty sure they weren't causing the crackling audio. Anyways, I hope this helps anyone experiencing the same problem.

Had similar if not the same problem with the crackling sound. I had considered for a long time to test configuring the Audio Equalizer so no value would exceed 0 but still retaining the “ratio” of the low and high frequencies. Just tested it out and works better than expected. I’m no expert and my knowledge is limited regarding this matter in detail but it would seem the driver isn’t proccessing given data correctly or some kind of conflict. But man when the sound is working beautifully these are great pair of headphones.

Thank you for sharing, this has helped quite a bit. Still a small bit of crackling, but for the most part it has stopped. Thank you so much again for sharing!!
