Razer 15 Advanced mid 2021 will not power up without being plugged in

Hi all, I'm getting a strange issue with my mid 2021 razer 15 as it wont power up unless i plug in the power supply to the laptop. What's strange is that the battery seems to be working fine, as once it's up and running, I can unplug the power supply and it will continue to run. However, the battery always stays 100%. Does anyone else have this same problem?
