Blade Stealth 13 (Early 2020) RZ09-0310 - BIOS Update Doesn't Update

Today I did a fresh install of Windows 11 Home Edition and decided to update the BIOS from 1.01 to 1.04. The problem I'm having is when the application to update the BIOS runs, it will see a new version is available and shows a status bar that the installer has started. The laptop reboots and I'm still seeing 1.01 installed. Something is stopping the application to actually update the BIOS. When researching online I'm seeing that some people have tried to disable/enable core isolation which I can't even enable in Windows 11. Note that I'm using the latest updates including the 2022 H2 update. I've tried to restart into safe mode and try again, this doesn't solve my problem. How do I get the BIOS to actually update when the updater runs? Is there a way I can do this manually via USB instead? https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3702
