The activation code that comes with my Kraken x Lite its not working.

Hi there! I just bought a new Kraken x Lite headsets that comes with 7.0 surround sound activation code. However, once I tried to enter the activation code it shows "the license code is not valid" and once I tried to contact support it shows that my device is not compatible with 7.0 surround sound! So my question is, why it shows that it comes with it on the box? and why should I have the activation code then? Am I doing something wrong? Or it is because of my country? (I am located in Guatemala). Thank you in advance!
