THX Spatial Audio Activation Code doesn't work.

Hello there, i just bought a Razer Kraken X and inside was a Code for The Spatial Audio App, but to see the Code I had to unscratch it and overscratched it. After this i looked up on the Internet and saw I can just register my Headset on Razer Homepage and get the code from there. I have done this and got a code for my Headset, but now it says the Code is invalid. I don't know where to contact the Razer Support so i thought maybe someone can help me here. Sorry for my english, I'm not a native speaker
