How do you get firmware updates for the Core Chroma

Does the Core X/Chroma get updates? Is it through Windows Update or Synapse or? Does Synapse actually do anything related to firmware? My core chroma works okay, it's just glitchy. Happens when the computer goes to sleep, randomly, unplugging or plugging back in. I always try to keep everything super up to date (e.g. the RTX 3070 drivers). Thanks!

Yes, bug fixes and necessary device updates are rolled out through Synapse. Did you already try switching cables for further isolation? Can you PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check my resources for other steps to help you resolve the problem? Thanks!
