deathadder v2 pro connection issue

Hi, i've been having some problems with my deathadder v2 pro. The usb cable doesn't work at all, it connects and disconnects intermittently, i cant charge it anymore, and updating the firmware is not an option because it requires connecting the usb cable The usb dongle behaves similarly, the computer detects the device, but the cursor only moves for 2 seconds and disconnects, it happens all the time, I returned this same mouse before for the same problem, this second time lasted 3 months and it is doing the same thing I have tried to reinstall the drivers, turn it on and off, restart the pc and connect the dongle directly to the usb port of the pc and nothing solved this problem, someone please help

I have the same problem (the mouse connects via cable for half a second, you can move or press a key, then it turns off and so on all the time). I tried to connect via a USB cable to three different devices (notebook and PC), the same effect - a constant loop, connection and reset in half a second.
