Enable to choose an output device for 7.1 surround sound

I have an issue with my monitor that I had to shut down my PC directly from the button, after one week I opened my PC and everything looks weird like the date and time froze from last week and more importantly I was asked to loggin into my 7.1 Surround Sound, the key number was already written I only had to enter the password which for some reason it did not log me in until like after the 10th try and after changing the password When I finally logged in, it asked me to set up the surround sound like it was my first time! I followed the instructed steps through the software and Razer website, YouTube you name it but I still cannot select the output device to turn on the surround sound + there is no audio when I select 7.1 Surround Sound as a default device. There is a pop up msg that says that I need it since it comes with THX Spatial sound, however I never purchased or used THX before! I tried to use THX through Synapse software for gaming but the sound is so terrible! I wish to only to enable my 7.1 surround sound, please help and sorry for the long text as I wanted to clearly state my issue.
