Huntsman V2 Analog - @ key not working

I have a UK-layout Huntsman V2 Analog and the apostrophe @ key stops working from time to time. It seems to be the only key that is affected and will not work in normal or shifted state. This seems to be a mapping problem, not a fault with the key itself. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks

Did you check if the issue happens while the Huntsman V2 is plugged into another USB port or computer? Ensure the device is connected directly to your computer's USB port, not to a USB hub. Also, try replicating the key's behavior while the Razer Synapse 3.0 is disabled or closed. You may reset the keyboard through the Razer Synapse 3.0 settings by clicking the gear icon at the top-right corner of the application. Let me know how it went.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I found that the issue is caused when Synapse is set to Custom Profile. When I change this to Typing Mode, the key starts working as expected. I guess this key is remapped in the custom profile for some reason. Not sure how to edit this is a custom profile. Thanks
