I was scratching my 7.1 surround activation card and got damage

I bought my Razer BlackShark v2 X a few months ago to play on xbox, and i waited to get back my pc to activate 7.1 Surround sound (only works on pc). And today i grabbed a coin and started scratching the code but the card got damage and now i cannot see the activation code. i need your help, i want to know if you could give me another code. I can prove that the product is mine, bought by me.

 

Please help.

You can request a new code here or register your device. You will receive an email confirmation with the activation code. If that didn’t help, message me the serial number so I can check its model. Thanks!

I bought my Razer Gold Cards this week on 7/17/24. And today i grabbed a coin and started scratching the code but the card got damage and now i cannot see the activation code. The code was very sensitive to touch, and i need your help, i want to know if you could give me another code, or send me my money back so i can buy new cards. I can prove that the product is mine, bought by me.
