Little circles under the display

Hey Guys, I have a problem with my razer blade stealth 13. It is the i7 8th gen with 16 gb memory. There are four circles on my screen which seem like they are under the touch panel. I don't know what to do. anyone has any idea?

    Hi there! When did you start to notice this? Also, do these circles persist even while playing a video? When is it most noticeable? Can you share a video of it?

      I noticed it from the first day I bought the computer, but it seemed like it is on the surface and then I thought I clean it up later. and then the screen got some fingerprints on it and therefore I didn't notice it as much until I cleaned it up again. The circles are always there no matter what. Specially when there is sunlight. It feels like some glue prints under the surface of the touch panel as if when it was assembled, either the back of the touch panel was not cleaned fully or the front of the LCD panel.
