    Already tried to reinstall synapse,  factory reset with no luck to recognize my system.

    Try to follow all of the steps here for further isolation. If that didn’t help, let me know through PM and provide the serial number of your laptop so I can validate its model and check for other options that will help us address the issue. Thanks!
