Synapse updated to 3.8.20230303 today and now it cannot detect either my Cynosa V2 keyboard or Deathadder Essential mouse. Never had a problem until today. Windows 11 with all updates installed.

It just shows “Driver error” against both devices in the Windows device settings, but they still work as a basic keyboard and mouse. Tried removing and reinstalling the device drivers and Synapse. Nothing fixes it. Help.

a bit late maybe, but i had similar problem:

I fixed the issue with Synapse. Razer support did not held because my warranty on the keyboard was expired by 2 months. I was offered a 10 bucks discount… when signing up for the newsletter.

I did a system reboot prior to the windows and Synapse update. The RGB then worked and Synapse detected the Keyboard. After a hard reset the Keyboard is now working.
