Hello! Initially, the problem was that when I turn on the PC, the mouse does not turn on, it only helped to pull out the USB and reinsert it. Then this problem stopped by itself (or maybe my attempts influenced something), but another one arose. If you lift the mouse, it immediately turns off! If you raise it not high and immediately lower it, it will turn on again, if you raise it higher and support it, it will not turn on. The mouse is new Viper 8Khz, the problems started after a few days of use. Installed Razer Synapse 3.0 and latest firmware. All drivers and Windows 11 are up to date. Tried other USB ports and another PC, still the same problem. The previous mouse works fine.

    Hello! I also have a Razer Viper 8kzh mouse and the same problem (its started like a 2 weeks ago), at first the mouse just torned off, but if i reconnect the mouse by USB, it helped. Sice yesterday, the mouse stopped worjing adequately even after reconnecting. When you lift the mouse - it turns off. I literally cant work at my PC because of it. With the old one (Razer Basilisk) everything is fine. If you find a solution to this problem - please write about it, thanks! :D
