My keyboard lights will not work, i have reset the keyboard by holding esc caps and space unplugging the device then plugging it back in … all the lights come on but i cannot type with the keyboard, when i do the same procedure again it lets me type but no lights … so annoying whats the problem? also synapse 2.0 does not work

Does the issue happen while the Razer Synapse is disabled or closed? Please connect the keyboard to another USB port and PC and see if the behavior persists. Ensure to connect the BlackWidow X Tournament Edition directly to our computer’s USB port, not on a USB hub.
Yes the issue still happens when I have synapse closed or open I have tried both also force closing the programme through task manager. Tried every single usb port on my computer and there’s 10 of them.. still nothing
