Hi, i unplugged it and plugged it back in while holding the space bar caps and escape it went to this mode where the lights are on as a rainbow but i cant type can someone help me out here i tried doing it again but it goes back to the mode that doesnt work with the lights on as a rainbow mode but i cant type id really love some help here because it just stopped working for me i got a new desktop and along with it this razer huntsman mini like i got a new setup the keyboard is new and clean still i cant imagine it being a cord problem because it can light up still in that rainbow mode but cant type

Oh no! Did you replicate the keyboard’s behavior by connecting it to another USB port or computer? Ensure to connect the device to your PC’s USB port, not a USB hub. Also, when and where did you buy it? I suggested utilizing the peripheral’s warranty through your merchant, who sold the item.
