My barracuda x RZ04-03800 doesnt connect so i want to know how i can rest them to factory settings, to see if it works doing that.

My barracuda x RZ04-03800 doesnt connect so i want to know how i can rest them to factory settings, to see if it works doing that.

If the battery was drained, try to charge it for at least 3 hours. Then press the power indicator until you hear a tone. Otherwise, it’s a possible hardware problem. PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check our options in addressing the problem. Thank you!

    Hi, I have a similar problem. 

    My headset Barracuda X RZ04-03800100 won’t connect by bluetooth anymore. I have no sound at all, even when turning on the headset. But it does switch on, and is recognised by my ps5 and PC.  And it does work when I use the 3.5mm cable. 

    I tried updating the firmware, but it fails to synchronize… 

    I don’t know what to do anymore. Maybe by downloading directly the firmware and add it manually but I can’t find the file anywhere… 

    Can you help plz ?

    Hi, i have same issue. my laptop doesn't recognize my Barracuda X. through doggle or bluetooth.  please help me.. im searching for answer and help for many days already. here is my serial number: IN2116D17402275
