Razer Core X not powering on graphics card during PC boot up - seeking advice on troubleshooting

Hello everyone,

I am experiencing an issue with my Razer Core X. When I purchased the second-hand device, it was functioning properly with my Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3060 graphics card connected via Thunderbolt 3 cable. However, suddenly and without warning, the device stopped working.

Currently, when I connect the Razer Core X to my computer, the power supply fan starts spinning, but the graphics card does not power on, and the LED on the card does not light up. I have tried the graphics card on other supports and it works correctly, and I have also verified the Thunderbolt 3 cable and tried a new Thunderbolt 4 cable, but the issue persists.

I suspect that the problem may be caused by an internal hardware failure in the Razer Core X. Unfortunately, the device is no longer covered by support and I am unable to request direct assistance from the manufacturer.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue or have any suggestions on how to resolve the problem? I would appreciate any advice or help you can provide.

Thank you in advance for your support.

I have experienced almost similar issue. I need to turn on and off to get the card recognized by the OS.

Doing so repeatedly in the end caused the PSU malfunction - the fan is no longer working.
