Razer thunderbolt 4 dock chroma 2 monitors not working

Hello,

 

I have an issue. I have bought razer thunderbolt 4 dock chroma. Tried to connect 2 monitors 4k. But only 1 working. Which one was connected earlier to docking station. When I unplug one monitor another one starting to work.
Tried with different NT (Razer blade 14 advanced model and Asus rog Strix 16).
Tried different cable, but both same issue.

When I connect directly to notebook (one usb C and one HDMI) it is working fine. What a problem could be with dock?

Hey @Deidas 

 

the Razer Blade 14” has only a USB-C Port, I’m not sure about the Strix 16 - afaik all AMD CPUs have no Thunderbolt Port - so their limit is only 1 Monitor which has something todo with the Laptop and not the Dockingstation.

 

The only solution around this would be connecting one Monitor via Dockingstation and the other directly to the Notebook as you already figured out.
