Hello dear friends. Razer support nearly 2 weeks can’t help me. Problem in the next. When i’m buyed kraken v3x headphones, i wanted to test 7.1 sound with simple sound mode, but i’m activated 7.1 code on not my pc, and after using deleted all razer apps with that pc. At this moment, im sayed to razer or delete from base that code using or send me a new code because i can’t use on my PC 7.1 code, because sound app doesnt accepting them and saying that code was beeing activated early. Help me please. I’m connected and licensed my product in razerid and log in in sound app and synapse with that razerid. Ways to decide my problem which gived to me razer support doesnt works and them dont wanted to help me with remote access or phone call! I sayed to them or change my headphones to new or return my money but they doesnt helping anyone.
