Razer naga X connection issue

Question

Hello, i got a razor naga x at end of 2022 and i had multiple troubles with it, until it started working a few months ago, without me changing anything.Time goes by and i got a new PC and now im having those troubles again.synapse 3 doesnt recognize it, but synapse and those automatically installed drivers for the mouse are up to date.i tried it back on my old pc but now its not working there neither.its kinda frustrating. i always have to go back to my old logitech.appreciate any help.
