Razer Blackshark v2 x headset mic issue

I bought a razer blackshark v2 x headset from Amazon on April 12th 2023. The audio from the headset is actually great but the mic quality is so bad and I spend half the time on discord speaking with my friends and colleagues. They say my voice has a echo, not clear and can hear their own voice.

 

Please let me know how to resolve this issue ASAP.

I have the same issue what is the fix. My microphone has echo and the quality of the mic is also bad
