Need an Offline Installation per each update.

Our internet is being hijacked by streamers (Roku, Xbox) and the admin doesn't care. Even this late at night am constantly getting timed out and booted offline trying to download Synapse 3. Not downloading any other packages, and in the past 4 hours have managed to download 66 MB of the 299 MB download. And have had to reset the connection countless times. Even on the best of days it takes several hours to download this file. Would be a heck of a lot easier to have the download package in one spot, and can download to the PC for those times when Synapse 3/Central gets flakey and stops connecting or functioning, requiring the whole flippin' Uninstall, wipe folders, run registry cleaners, download, and reinstall every ____ time this occurs. And it occurs way to often, or when the power goes out or flickers causing a hard boot - Synapse 3 HATES hard boots, and bad shut downs, and my WiFi Car's installation that I have to do each and every time Synapse 3 gets reinstalled. I so should of not tried to find the Tartarus V2, and should not of gotten this keyboard. Synapse 3 is buggy, temperamental, and I also seriously need an offline mode. All I have is a nice orange glow that is easy on the eyes, and have commands for the Tartarus V2 when playing Guild Wars 2, EverQuest II, and Earth and Beyond Emulator. Don't need to be connected online every reboot, as that's where the "Razer Central failed to connect" and every other piece of Razer software stops functioning for what ever glitch happened, and have to uninstall, wipe, reinstall, and download this 299 MB file again. Oh. Modify does not work. Then I lose of or two of the devices, or Synapse 3 only sees one or the other every reboot. This is one buggy software package. And the time I took to type this am at 107/299 and still having to reconnect cause the Razer Gaming Software disconnected. I like when things are working just fine. But when I have to do a shutdown cause of flaky internet, and rebooting causes the Razer software to go batty again, I have to do the uninstall, wipe, clean, download, reinstall. And if I had the 299 MB file already downloaded I could of been doing something else for the last 4 hours! So, PLEASE, have a Synapse 3 download in one package that we can reinstall offline. Thanks. Argh!
