Razer Mouse Profiles do not change unless Synapse in Closed

with Synapse Software running, Profile Switcher button does not switch mouse profiles (and underside LED indicator remains White). As soon as I close the Synapse Windows 11 Application, the Profile Switcher button works and I can select again from those stored in the mouse.

Running Razer Basilisk Ultimate Mouse wireless or wired

I have reinstalled software, no change.

Running latest version of Synapse 3

Did you already try reinstalling the Synapse 3 app or use a different USB port for further isolation? Should the issue persists, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check for other model-specific workarounds to help you address the problem. Thank you!
