Chroma setting changes not working properly on MacOS

Hey there! This is known behavior. The Chroma effect and the customization that you've done in Windows will not be working with MacOs. Let me know your thoughts on this

I guess the weird thing is that it sort of works. The original color layout is still there, it's the changes not coming through. I may try and make a new profile with the color scheme i'd like and see if that works

Thanks for sharing. Please let me know if creating or switching to a different profile while using macOS will work. I'll wait for your update.

I played around with new profiles and editing profiles... In my testing, whatever the chroma settings are when I hit "Apply" the first time are the colors that remain when I use the profile on MacOS. If I make more changes to the chroma settings, even if I have not changed anything else in the profile, only the first applied changes work when switching to my MacBook. The changed settings will still work when I switch back to Windows. FYI - I am switching between two different computers, I am not rebooting on the Mac to a Boot Camp partition.

Thanks for pointing that out. However, this behavior is not normal. We need to ensure that all changes you've done in Razer Synapse will only retain and fully take effect if it is used to the same operating system. I highly recommend that you send this as a feature request through the Submit Feedback function in Razer Synapse 2.0.

FYI - the colors eventually switched to the chroma cycling
