Naga Trinity side keys not working

Had a fractured thumb and bought an Orbweaver to use with left hand as couldn't use Naga Trinity side buttons. Immediate issues - software incompatibility, not enough buttons. I should have returned but wasn't well enough to deal with it. Now thumb is healing and attempted to use Trinity side buttons. Not working. >Unplugged Orbweaver - no difference >Uninstalled Synapsee >Installed Synapse 3 - Recognises mouse, side button keys on default, still not working. >Rebooted between steps >Side keys still not working Any advice much appreciated as still in recovery...sigh...

    I have the same Problem...even the standard hotkeys that displayed in synapse 3 no working. When I set my own hotkeys or bindings still no work When I try to use macros still no work. The 12 side buttons just don't work in any case..even the standard settings no work... Please help.

    Hello there guys! Does the same issue persist if you use different side plates? Also, was it working properly before? If yes, when did the issue start?

    It doesn't work in any site plate for me. The standard configuration even no work doesn't matter what site plate is active. In synapse I see 1 is 1, 2 is 2 and so on. But when I push and side button nothing happen. Edit: The light effect I can use...they work fine via synapse 3
