i hah a razer viper ultimate for 1-2 years no problems but one day it just keeps on freezing so i buy the same mouse because i like it so much but it still freezes / disconnects ? what do i do ? does this have to do with the PC or what ? My polling rate is at 1000 hz and it’s wireless and i use the razer synapse 3 but when my mouse freezes it says it disconnects on raze synapse an the reconnects 3 seconds later
