My Razer Nari Ultimate will not connect. It turns on perfectly fine, it is also at full charge. It suddenly stopped appearing on my Windows device list and Razer Synapse. I have tried plugging it in and plugging in the little USB thing (I do not know what it is called, but it has the same plug as a phone charger)
