razergold purchase was successful but pin was used before activating the pin

I purchased a razergold pin.., it was successful  When I tried reloading the pin in my wallet, I was getting a message that says this card has been used and I didn’t sell this card to anyone

I have the same.problem please any solution?  I still have my receipt but how i.can get it back

Please help me i brought razer gold and says it has been used and I brought a lot of it
