can't redeem

Hello

I just bought a brand new Blackshark v2 x for my laptop and when I use my activation code for 7.1 surround sound system it doesn't accept it and it says that the license code is invalid. What can I do to fix it razer? Please can you help me?

Razer Support, please i bought a Razer Gold card of $100, and it the code was badly scratched, damage and peeled off.. I wasn’t able to redeem this code on my account, so pleaee Razer support can you help me with the complete codes so i could redeem the card and make use of the money in the card..

I recently purchase two online $100. DDP. I sent the receipt with the activation code holding the Pin and the Ref  Id .  I sent to my grandsons to be used with their games, one $100 card was redeemed the other could not be redeemed. What can be done to resolve this $100 problem?
