First time buying a Razer product and 7.1 Surround is not working

Aral.

Hello gamers I recently bought the battle pack from Razer. Which contains Deathadder and Blackshark V2 X Headphone. I downloaded Synapse  and 7.1 Surround Apps from Razer. But can’t seem to get 7.1 to work on Windows 11. And I registered both of the products by their keys on the box but can’t see them in the snyapse app as well. I am confused as to say this was the first time buying a Razer product and then after a few hours writing to the community is a bit weird for me . Long story short as someone who uses Corsair as well ICUE does not have problems like Razer’s apps does or maybe I was the one unlucky in this story so any help anyone that knows Razer’s Apps well please write to me how I can overcome these 2 problems.

 

Problems as a list:

  1. Synapse can’t show devices even when it has been registered
  2. 7.1 Razer App is not working and not making another output for me to select
