Razer Kitty headset keeps disconnecting and suddenly is not recognized by pc (needs complete restart)

hello i have a problem with my headset for quite some time, when I play video games the headset disconnect and reconnect randomly and sometimes it becomes unrecognized, doesn’t show up on razer synapse.

I tried disabling the usb hub shut down thing but nothing has changed. It becomes very troublesome because it ruins my streams.

Hey,

i have the same problem here. My Headset also starts disconnecting randomly but when i play games it stays on for some reason. I did everything i could. Installed windows brandnew, uninstalled all drivers and i even bought myself the same headset again but it also seems to have these problems. I also wrote to Razer but they couldn´t help me because the first headset i bought wasn´t from a partner of theirs.
