Razer 15 Base model some keys not working

I have a similar kind of issue.

My ‘5’ key causes ‘alt + 5’ and my ‘q’ key causes ‘qo’ to type.

They actual keys seem perfectly fine, no damage, no fluids, no lint, nothing. They press and depress perfectly normally. I’ve also run multiple virus scans, nothing. It seems to be a software glitch from synapse or windows itself. I think it happened after a major synapse update as well.
 

My Razer Blade 15 is also a base model 2021, so I think this is an issue Razer needs to address.

My quote/apostrophe key works every 10-15th time I press it. Every other key is fine. My laptop is pristine. It is kind of frustrating since this laptop cost more than double my other two, which are older and have never had any issues. 

Same issue ere! M “y” and “h” ke stopped working suddenl! I don’t know wom to complain!

I'm having the same issues. It's more than just one or two keys, though. 

My “m” and “-” keys sometimes randomly stop working for short periods. This has only been for the past two or so weeks and I can find no reasons why. Oh great! They worked for the first part of writing this and now they’ve stopped again.

same here, I have a german keyboard and the “Ä” key is only working every 6th press or so
