I have both the mouse (Lancehead) and the case (Tomahawk) for more than a year now and they were working great, until all of a sudden my mouse gives me an error saying USB device not detected and my case does not light up the LEDs underneath

Razer Tomahawk and Lancehead not showing in Synapse 3
I have the same problem, my Tomahawk ITX case is not showing up in Synapse 3.
yea my leds on the front of my tomahawk case randomly just stopped coming on and it doesn't show up in synapse at all anymore.

I have the same mouse and it doesn't appear in Synapse 3, I already tried to update the mouse and it doesn't detect it
