I have had my headset for a few months and recently my headset keeps on randomly disconnecting every time I try to use it. When I took the dongle out it was very hot and I am not sure if I need a replacement or if it is a software issue, I have tried pairing my headset and every other software fix but nothing is working. Please help!

if you look through the forum you'll see a bunch of similar posts. The dongle is the culprit, there are no replacements, if you still under warranty rma the headset asap.
I have the Razer Kraken Kitty Edition and without any dongle. In my case Every peripherl that is connected it randomly disconnects all of them when. I am clue less😭
