My mouse has been connecting and disconnecting for a few weeks and finally today it is not responding at all. There is still light but it doesn’t change colour like what i set it to be. I’ve already tried changing port, ending all Razer app task, reinstalling drivers and also updating my synapse. It connects for 1-2 second and i am able to move the cursor but after that it disconnects and freezes while the light is on.

The same happened to me. It happened yesterday July 23rd 2023. Did you get a solution?
