windows doesnt recognize deathadder v3 when plugged in

i used the mouse last night just fine and today when i woke up the mouse wasnt working . windows doesnt recognize it at all even the small led under the mouse where the dpi button is not glowing . my older deathadder elite is working on the same pc without any issue , so i went and i reinstalled windows checked if it works on other usb`s nothing checked on my seconds pc still nothing downloaded synapse still nothing mouse isnt showing any signs of life . would love if someone could help me with this issue or give me some directions on what i should do next .
