Razer Kiyo stop working randomly ( no open in synapse, black in obs and DC...)

As title said, my Razer Kiyo suddenly stopped working, I tried to restart my pc, reinstall the softwares, unplug/replug, anything I can find on google I tried. 
Right now when I open my [device manager] it can be seen under [camera] as [Razer Kiyo], however, it cannot be open in Razer Synapse, when I try to click on it or the broadcasting tab it shows “device being used by other software” and comes with a little click sound ( I think it came from the camera itself ) and it jumps back to the main control panel.
When I open my discord it’s also not relly registering cuz I can only see OBS Virtual camera.
When I open OBS Studio the screen is black, sometimes it also doesn’t register my Kiyo.
Please help
