So I’m using Razer Blackshark V2X, so mic is okay, the speaker sounds okay, however the right speaker only works on my laptop and the left speaker doesn't have any sound. But when I use the same headphones in my phone, the left speaker works and the right speaker doesn't. Please help 😥

So I’m using Razer Blackshark V2X, so mic is okay, the speaker sounds okay, however the right speaker only works on my laptop and the left speaker doesn't have any sound. But when I use the same headphones in my phone, the left speaker works and the right speaker doesn't. Please help 😥
Please confirm if the audio imbalance is happening to all your apps on your laptop. Click on System. Click the Sound tab. Select the speakers to adjust the sound balance. Under the “Output settings” section, use the “Left channel” and “Right channel” sliders to change the balance levels. You may also run Windows Sound Troubleshooter to verify any issue with your audio settings. Otherwise, please follow the recommendations from this article.
