I have a Razer Nari Ultimate 3 and I've been having problems with my headset charging. at first I thought the cable was the problem for the longest time because it was super wiggly inside the headset and the light would go red after I put it in a specific direction so I bought the same brand charger and it was charging just fine but after the first week (I believe) it wasn’t charging again. so after figuring out why for the headset to charge the charger cant be all the way in the headset or it wont charge which is weird you'd think it would need to be all the way in but that isn’t the case and I'm very confused on what to do about it and was thinking if I should just buy another headset that isn't razer and hope this wont happen again
Try another cable.
If that doesnt work, try plugging into different USB ports, USB on the PC and USB directly into a wall plug.
If that doesnt work, then it might be the USB jack on the headset itself.
If it does not work send in a warranty claim that's a great headset. Hopefully it's just the cable and not a headset problem. I have found 1 Amp wall charger work great but charge slower. Hopefully it starts working.
