My Razer Phone 2 just completely stopped working.

So I've had this phone for about half a year now, and I sometimes leave it on my laptop while charging it as I game. Today was weird, it gets hot sometimes from my laptop heating up but nothing usually occurs from this. However several hours ago a game I was playing crashed harder than it usually does, due to a mod I run it will sometimes crash, and I had to terminate it, but when I picked up my phone to scroll through memes as I usually do when starting up the game, it was entirely unresponsive and I can't even force reboot or restart it. The screen is black, it's not on at all, and it won't even charge when I plug it in, I don't know what to do other than try to get it fixed at an electronic store, if they even have any idea on what to do. Does anyone have any idea what's going on with my phone?

When you mentioned that hard reset didn't help, are you pressing and holding the power and volume up button for 7-10 seconds? Have you switched your phone to safe mode and check if the issue persists?

Unfortunately the phone is completely broken, it's just dead and after talking with support in live chat, it appears the only thing to do is to replace it. The phone couldn't even be powered on, so there was no way to put it in safe mode or anything.
