Razer Nari Ultimate continuously disconnecting


My Razer Nari Ultimate headset continuously disconnecting and reconnecting. I’ve tried to change the USB port, to disinstall and reinstall the softwares and opened a case (without reply until now).

I’ve read about a lot of people experiencing the same from months, I think that maybe is time to do something about this!

I had a Razer Nari Ultimate headset for about 2 years.It suddenly wouldnt connect.I decided to replace it with another razor Barracuda.I had the same problems right off the bat with the new set.haven’t been able to fix the problem since.I have tryed connecting without synapse.still no luck.

I have the same problem . At first the USB connected and disconnected continuously, but now when you turn on the PC it appears connected but when the first audio plays they automatically disconnect and do not reconnect. My Razer Nari Ultimate are 1 year old.

I hope you’re all doing good today! Please check in the device manager if the headset's driver is being detected. I'd appreciate it if you could send me a screenshot from the Device Manager so I can check if there are USB devices and a headset detected. You can upload the file to Google Drive and PM me the shareable link so I can verify its warranty and our options for a replacement. Have a great day!
