Razer Elektra V2 USB, Microphone not working

Heyho! Just bought the Razer Elektra V2 USB, plugged it in, updated everything on Synapse (which is also up-to-date), konfigurated it and so on. But the mic just doesn't work. Windows recognizes it and I can choose it as the Mic I would like to use but it just doesn't pick up anything. Absolutely nothing. (Even checked 3 times if I plugged it in the right way, I have.) Any quick ideas? Would hate to have to break with my Razer Tools (Mouse and mousepad) to switch back to competitors.
