I activated the surround sound 7.1 code on my account a year ago and have been using it with no problems. Today when I turned on my computer Razer surround asked me to log in to my account and when I logged in, the activation was no longer there and the razerID did not match. (this has happened before and it seems to me that somehow 2 accounts were created for 1 e-mail, but I can't log in to the account with activated surround).
What to do in such a situation?
