Kiyo pro stopped working

my kiyo pro stopped working, it is detected in synapse and device manager but cant adjust settings or use camera. tried reinstalling synapse, updating drivers etc. updating firmware fails to get FW update. im at my wits end with this thing

    something has happened, mine has done the same today, Ive posted and had no replies. Ive created a ticket and ill let you know the outcome.
