my razer deathstalker randomly started repeatedly disconnecting and reconnecting and would not stop. windows also gave me a notification saying “The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, and windows does not recognize it.” how do i fix this?

Hi,1st thing - I’d try plug it into a different USB port (preferred USB 3.0 or above - plug it directly to the port on motherboard). If this doesn’t help - check different USB->USB-C cable.I tried to plug in the keyboard into the front of my tower and it still didn’t work. I also had another keyboard plugged in and it made the other keyboard turn off too.
